Mike is an Audit & Assurance partner for Deloitte & Touche LLP, and works in the Accounting and Reporting Advisory (ARA) practice in Chicago. In this role, Mike assists clients navigate complex accounting, transactional, and reporting matters. He is also the leader of the IFRS conversions service offering. Earlier in his career, Mike served in Deloitte's National Office Accounting Services group in Connecticut and Deloitte's Global Capital Markets Group in London. Mike has extensive experience serving both public and private companies in both an audit and advisory capacity. He has deep technical experience in various areas of US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting matters.
