Michelle is the leader of Deloitte’s US Consulting Banking and Capital markets sector and responsible for leading the strategy and bringing together the right offerings to serve Deloitte’s portfolio of banking and capital markets clients. As a previous banker, she advises regional and global banks on strategic issues across channel strategies and experience, technology / digital modernization, payments product development, post-merger integrations, and operating model transformations. She specializes in wholesale payments to transform the way banks create, sell, operate, and deliver cash management products and services to their corporate customers. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
