Michael “Mike” Quails is a managing director with Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP and has extensive value creation, performance improvement, and advisory experience. During his career, Mr. Quails has advised private equity groups, boards of directors, management teams, and governments across Europe and the Americas. He focuses on working capital across the receivables, inventory and payables cycles, cash and liquidity forecasting, cost takeout, and revenue enhancement for distressed and expansion stage entities. Mike is operationally savvy and has successfully led both service operations and manufacturing turnarounds.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Michael served in leadership roles across a variety of industries including assignments such as CEO, GM, CFO for several consumer and industrial products businesses, CFO for a national highway construction firm, and many executive level interim posts for private equity firms.
