Michael is a managing director and the US leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Technology Business Management (TBM) practice. He has more than 20 years of experience providing technology advisory and implementation leadership across TBM including project portfolio management (PPM), IT service management (ITSM), IT financial management (ITFM), and application portfolio management (APM). For a ten year period, Michael led the development and enhancement of PPM maturity assessment and roadmap accelerators, as well as delivered global enterprise PPM solutions. Michael is a published author and speaker on the topic of TBM and PPM across people, process, and technology.
