Michael Rohrig

Mike is the Risk & Financial Advisory Ecosystems & Alliances leader and Future of Work leader, focused on delivering services more collaboratively by leveraging relationships and shaping what our future workplace will look like. Previously he held various leadership positions across Advisory client and industries and market offerings, helping organizations navigate business risks and opportunities—from strategic, reputation, and financial risks to operational, cyber and regulatory risks—to gain competitive advantage. He also led Financial Transactions, Accounting & Reporting Transformation offering and Accounting & Finance service area.

Mike has more than 20 years of experience working with clients in the Energy, Resources, & Industrials (ER&I) industry advising senior leaders on their most complex financial, regulatory and risk management challenges. He’s a thought leader on complex transactional accounting within the energy industry and has provided various accounting and reporting courses and industry-specific presentations.

Mike is a member of the AICPA and the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. He holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Sam Houston State University, where he is also a member of the College of Business Advisory Council.
