Patrick A. Joyce

Patrick is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government & Public Services (GPS) Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) practice. He is the founder and global practice leader of Deloitte’s CentralSight™/Secure Supply Chain™ practice where he focuses on assisting the National Security community, allied governments, aerospace defense contractors, and the Global 2000 in identifying and mitigating supply chain risk and defense industrial base challenges.

He led development of Deloitte’s Federal Mission Support practice, in which he pioneered solution development focused on supply chain risk, mission due diligence, and Defense Industrial Base analysis. He has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain risk assessment & mitigation, merger & acquisition due diligence, competitive intelligence, and supply chain analytics.

Patrick is a US Army Military Intelligence Corps veteran. He served as a Combat Electronic Warfare Intelligence Tactical team lead. He works closely with veterans’ non-profit organizations to assist returning veterans’ re-integration into civilian life.
