Paul Chill

Paul is a principal in Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory within Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP and specializes in engineering and construction consulting in technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT). He is Deloitte’s Global Valuation leader for the TMT industry. He has performed construction advisory, fixed asset management projects, expert witness services, litigation support, and valuations.

He has more than 20 years of experience in construction, valuation, and asset management issues across industry segments. He has performed engagements for wireless carriers, ISPs, CLECs, IXCs, ILECs, broadband cable providers, tower holding companies, and cable and equipment manufacturers. He has assessed construction costs, business processes, network architecture, capacity, replacement cost models, and utilization of assets. Paul has assisted with TMT assets in Europe, Australia, North America, South America, and Asia. He has served as an expert witness related to telecom assets and has also written and/or submitted numerous reports to courts.
