Paul is the leader of Deloitte’s US Oil, Gas & Chemicals Audit & Assurance practice, Deloitte & Touche LLP. He has more than 27 years of experience in providing audit and accounting services, primarily for energy companies. Paul’s experience includes consultation on transactions and compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Paul has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
