Raffi Baroutjian

Raffi has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience and has led some of the tech industry’s largest transactions. In addition to assisting private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, Raffi focuses on structuring acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, spin-off transactions, and on general corporate tax matters. He has additional experience across several practice areas and industries.

Prior to joining the Washington National Tax Corporate Tax Group, Raffi was part of Deloitte’s Transaction Services practice in San Francisco and most recently New York.

Raffi earned his LLM in taxation with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center and his JD from Loyola University School of Law.
