Randy Gullo

Randy is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Dallas office, leading growth in the Energy Resources and Industrials industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in the power and utilities and oil and gas sectors. He has been a signing Audit & Assurance partner and lead client service partner for multiple oil and gas companies that include start-ups, IPOs, and large accelerated filers.

He combines his extensive hands-on experience with a pragmatic approach to manage annual audits and quarterly reviews, test internal controls, review public offering documents, and research and review the accounting and reporting implications of purchases and divestitures. Randy spent two years in the SEC services group in Deloitte’s US national office. With a primary focus on power and energy, he established strong relationships with Deloitte’s industry leaders while responding to SEC comment letters and consulting on technical matters.
