Rob is Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital CFO Services market offering leader and is a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Workforce Transformation practice. In his CFO Services lead, Rob helps CFO’s assess their human capital balance sheet, considering how firms grow their human capital assets while managing spend and risk around their workforce. In addition, Rob supports the talent aspect of our client’s finance transformations.
Rob helps our clients align their workforce strategy with their business objectives. Rob frequently works with client to develop talent programs for business functions across the value spectrum: from first point of customer contact, through to finance administration, shared services, brand, marketing and sales.
Rob received his masters from Columbia Business School and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University. He is currently a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for Cornell’s School of Human Ecology.
