Rod Kleinhammer

Rod Kleinhammer has nearly 30 years of experience managing and delivering technology solutions and services to private and public sector clients. He currently leads Deloitte’s Medicaid Enterprise Solution (MES) practice focusing on helping Medicaid agencies to modernize their systems and operations. Rod serves as Deloitte’s Client and Sales Excellence Leader for State, Local Government, and Higher Education where he oversees the ongoing execution, quality, and strategy for Deloitte’s State Health market offerings.

Rod specializes in information technology consulting and has led the design, development, and deployment of major systems across health and human services, health care, and telecommunications markets. He works with clients to help citizens acquire and receive health care, design programs that achieve better health outcomes, and provide the analytics to assess the effectiveness of current programs.
