Rob Meier is a Deloitte & Touche LLP Risk and Financial Advisory Managing Director in the Securitization offering and leads the Capital Markets’ Term Transactions business. He is responsible for the operations of the business, focusing on driving strategic growth and overseeing a team of professionals that specializes in performing agreed-upon procedures to a diverse set of clients, spanning various industries and geographies.
Rob has been with Deloitte for more than twenty years, primarily in the financial services industry assisting issuers on various asset-backed, residential mortgage-backed and commercial mortgage-backed securities. His focus on quality, expertise and responsibility cuts across virtually every asset class in the securitization markets. As a result, Rob has developed in-depth expertise in the underwriting, originating, servicing and lending practices of residential, commercial and other asset classes.
Rob is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and holds an active CPA license for the states of NY and NJ. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Rider University.
