Ronald Smalec

Ronald is a managing director at Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Quality Engineering (QE) Digital and Enterprise Testing leader under the Application Modernization and Innovation market offering. Within his role, Ronald oversees the Digital and Enterprise portfolio of testing solutions including Mobile, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Workday, and other industry-specific packages. He has more than 25 years of cross-industry experience in large scale implementations, leading complex testing efforts, and transforming the Quality Engineering discipline. He has matured client organizations with real-time results in: strategy and adoption, planning and execution governance, test data management, automation-first mindset, and DevSecOps integration.
