Richard is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Parsippany office, leading growth in the Consumer and Real Estate industries. He is the partner-in-charge for the Tri-State Commercial audit practice, co-leading approximately 2,000 professionals. He has broad capabilities in advising complex global organizations on SEC reporting matters, accounting for acquisition and disposition transactions, due diligence projects, and general finance and business advisory services.
Richard has vast experience consulting on challenging and unique transactions, and deep real estate, travel and hospitality and consumer services industry experience. He is a frequent speaker on financial reporting and emerging accounting topics and advises Deloitte’s largest clients on complex accounting and financial reporting issues.
Richard holds a BA in Accounting from Baruch College. He is a licensed CPA in the states of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA.
