Rich Penkoski

Rich is the US Global Leader for Deloitte. He is responsible for directing the global strategy and operations of the US Firm which spans four businesses and three global regions including the Americas, APAC, and EMEA. In his role, he leads a team focused on enabling the continued delivery of high-quality services to our multi-national clients who conduct business across various geographies, cultures, regulatory environments and more. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Deloitte Germany's Consulting Business (GmbH & Co. KG).

He has more than 25 years of experience, Rich specializes in supporting large global enterprises optimize their analytic capabilities and modernize their technology infrastructure. He has led several of Deloitte’s largest technology-enabled transformation programs and supported clients across the banking, insurance, and consumer products sectors. Previously, he was the Deputy CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP and served on the Deloitte Consulting Executive and Management Committee, and the Deloitte US Board of Directors.

Rich received his BA in Management Science from the University at Albany, SUNY. Outside of work, he is highly focused on spending time with family. With a passion for serving the community, Rich founded the Deloitte Center for Leadership and Community, which includes a skills-based volunteer program within the Atlanta area.
