Sanjiv is a Deloitte principal with more than 25 years of consulting, senior executive and management experience. He is based in Stamford and leads Deloitte’s Operations Transformation and Industrialization practice area within Banking & Securities Consulting. Prior to Deloitte Sanjiv was a managing director in Operations at a leading investment bank where he led the Division’s “industrialization” transformation as well as the Business Architecture, Technology Strategy, Design Services and Project Portfolio Management functions globally. Sanjiv was also the chair of the Industrialization Steering Group and member of Operations Client Experience, Operations Risk and Firmwide User Developed Application Committees. In prior roles, Sanjiv has led Technology transformation at a leading secondary mortgage market securitizer and IPO strategy at a secondary mortgage market service provider, and has a track record of launching successful new technology-driven ventures. Sanjiv holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
