Stavros Stefanis

Stavros is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting and brings 23 years of consulting experience, with a focus in Automotive industry. He has significant experience in R&D strategy, technology enabled digital transformation using product lifecycle management, portfolio management, software development and cost engineering tools. Stavros led various projects at Ford including the Product Development of Tomorrow and is responsible for Deloitte’s digital thread offering strategy across various industries with deep background in Product Design, Development and Supply Chain Operations.

He has advised more than 70 clients (including Phillips, Ford, Amazon Zoox, Honda, J&J, HP and others) and known to bring a cross-industry perspective to software development, product structure and design issues. Stavros has a cross functional background with focus on software led design and development, product cost, product complexity reduction, and service enablement through big data innovation.

Throughout his consulting career, Stavros has helped clients add more than $2B dollars in bottom line and develop new/adjacent products, services and solutions resulting in over $.5B in top line growth. He has also led product transformation projects within the automotive and adjacent industries in over 20 countries across the globe.
