Steven Scott

Steven is a principal in Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice and has nearly 20 years of experience working on engineering and construction projects. His experience is comprised of project advisory, dispute resolution, and risk management on both domestic and international projects. Steven works across asset-intensive sectors to assist his clients with the optimization of existing operations as well as future growth. Often, he serves companies undertaking large transformation programs to help them drive improvements and ROI across capital investments.

He has significant experience designing and implementing governance, risk, and assurance frameworks for capital programs. In addition, he is a leader in the digital transformation of capital projects and programs where he has both designed and implemented leading technologies and toolsets to execute projects. Steven has extensive experience in the analysis of construction disputes, preparation of construction claims, and the provision of litigation support services. Steven has presented expert witness testimony in ICC arbitration and federal court proceedings.
