Tammy Octavio

Tammy has more than 20 years of professional experience, serving clients in various industries including life sciences, manufacturing, consumer business, and financial services with significant experience serving multinational companies and deep experience in US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX 404 compliance. She has served both emerging clients and large, multinational companies. Tammy has also assisted clients with initial public offerings and SPAC transactions, offerings of debt securities as well as carve-out and acquisition transactions. She has served clients during a wide variety of accounting and business events, including transformational business acquisitions. Tammy has served as a financial instruments subject matter resource, consulting with engagement teams on matters affecting clients related to asset valuation. She also serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Leader for the West Region audit practice.
