Todd Bauer

Todd is an audit partner with more than 30 years of public accounting experience. He currently serves as the Pacific Southwest Leader of Deloitte’s Environmental, social and governance (ESG) A&A practice. Todd serves clients in various industries, including real estate, global professional services companies, global consumer products companies and global manufacturers and engineering and construction companies. Todd's experience includes audits of SEC registrants and private entities, buy- and sell-side due diligence, accounting advisory services, IPO Readiness and Sarbanes-Oxley adoption. In addition to client serving roles, he served as the engagement quality control reviewer and advisory partner for public and private companies.
