Teia is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads the Government and Public Sector Global Business Services/Shared Services and Operating Model offering. With more than 15 years of public sector consulting experience, Teia has focused on helping her clients transform finance, acquisition, IT, and human resources service delivery and improve operational performance through strategy, technology, and automation. She is experienced in the full lifecycle of service delivery transformation (consolidated operations, shared services, centers of excellence, and outsourcing) from strategy to implementation and continuous improvement. Teia has served the Department of Justice, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Interior, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Treasury, the General Services Administration, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. She holds a Master’s of Science, Public Policy, and Management from Carnegie Mellon and a Project Management Professional certification.
