Tracy Harrison

Tracy is an Audit & Assurance managing director with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Chicago office, leading growth in the Emerging Growth Companies. She has more than 20 years of experience in financial statement audit and advisory services. She has served both public and private entities, primarily in the technology, consumer products and services, life sciences, and retail industries. Her experience includes private and public offering, including IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she served as a member of Deloitte's National Office, focused on quality initiatives for the Central Region. She is the leader of the Chicago Emerging Growth Company Practice and Technology industry.
