William (Will) is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads its Pre-Deal Advisory practice. He has more than 15 years of experience serving clients with a focus on creating value through M&A and assists clients across the deal lifecycle from strategy development to post-merger integration. Will serves both strategic and private equity clients on the buy and sell side across a variety of deal structures including foreign inbound, MOEs, LBOs, carve-out, and multinational transactions.
