Yutta Shelton

Yutta serves as the Hospitality practice lead for Deloitte. She also serves as the lead consulting partner for key accounts. Yutta has more than 25 years of experience in providing consulting services to Fortune 100 clients. She has exclusively worked within the hospitality industry for the last 18 years. Yutta recently joined Deloitte Consulting after a successful 25-year career with Accenture.

Throughout her consulting career, Yutta has focused on serving clients in the travel industry. Within the travel industry, she has focused on delivering large scale global business transformation efforts enabled by technology, global business process outsourcing, digital transformation, infrastructure,  and application outsourcing. She also has extensive experience successfully delivering large scale global ERP implementations. Yutta most recently served as the global client account lead for Marriott International. In that capacity, she was responsible for the successful delivery of all consulting services provided to Marriott globally by Accenture. At Deloitte, Yutta will continue to serve hospitality clients ensuring that Deloitte is partnering across all facets of the enterprise.

Yutta received a BS in computer technology and a MS in industrial engineering from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
