Deloitte Digital's Work With Oregon State Lottery Wins Salesforce 2024 Partner Innovation Award for Public Sector
Award recognizes Deloitte Digital’s significant contribution within the Salesforce Ecosystem and the impact of their work with the Oregon State Lottery.
NEW YORK, Sept. 19, 2024 — Deloitte Digital’s work with the Oregon State Lottery has received the 2024 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in the Public Sector category for their dynamic reimagination of the Lottery’s data collection.
Deloitte Digital collaborated with the Oregon State Lottery to transform its business by implementing Salesforce solutions to overhaul decades-old systems and enhance their retail partners' experience.

Deloitte Digital worked with the Oregon State Lottery to replace its outdated field service and account management systems with Salesforce solutions to meet the Lottery’s goals of being able to access real-time information and respond to retailer issues in a timely manner. With the help of Salesforce technology, the Oregon State Lottery reimagined their retailer relationship management by centralizing data and customer interactions.
This transformation accelerated the Lottery’s time to value and, since its launch, the new system has enhanced the efficiency and oversight of retailers. The project set a foundation for the Lottery to better utilize their data and define future efficiencies. Other benefits to this implementation include:
