Overview

During this year’s virtual conference, attendees will be introduced to like-minded individuals, mentors, and thought leaders prepared to share their ideas and advice for rising women MBA/Masters candidates. They’ll learn how to customize their career and achieve their goals, all while building a broad network of women professionals.

With networking, leadership speakers, workshop sessions, and more, this conference provides a view into the technical skills and critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets needed to succeed as a leader. During the conference, you’ll have first-hand access to other women professionals with considerable experience recruiting, training, and developing other top women talent.

Eligibility

We will select a diverse set of exemplary, high-performing women candidates who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Member of the class of 2025 at a full-time US MBA or Master's program
• 3-5 years of work experience
• History of superior personal achievement in school and work
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
