Amy also sits on the Global DTTL Board of Directors and previously served as the deputy CEO for Deloitte Consulting LLP. In an era where change is the only constant, Amy teams with others to break the status quo and harness disruption as a force for good. Amy's career advice:

“We operate in a dynamic environment that is ever increasing in complexity—so first and foremost, you must get comfortable with change. But you do not have to go it alone. Ask for help and build a strong, diverse team around you. We can go farther together.”

As deputy CEO for Deloitte Consulting LLP, she brings together teams and innovative capabilities that can help drive growth for clients and Deloitte. With a constant focus on integration, simplification, and speed, Christina works across organizational boundaries to deliver technology-driven solutions that allow clients to efficiently transform their businesses. She has also served as Deloitte Consulting’s chief commercial officer, working closely with companies across Deloitte’s vendor ecosystems and alliances—companies at the forefront of innovation. It’s always about your business goals—the outcome you are driving toward and the solutions that best support that outcome. I always encourage teammates to raise their hands and be curious—and if you aren’t happy with what you are doing, find something new. It’s advice I received and found incredibly valuable throughout my career.”

Christine Ahn

Christine is the global chief commercial officer and lead client service partner for Deloitte’s NVIDIA alliance, guiding a relationship whose mission is to advance clients from AI proofs of concept to AI-fueled transformation agendas that can provide a competitive advantage. With more than 20 years of experience, Christine is a leader who has served organizations in multiple industries, including consumer products, retail, and transportation. She has worked extensively with Fortune 500 CFOs, focused on transforming processes, operating models, technology systems, and talent. Christine's career advice:

“Stay curious. Always learning is how you grow. Consulting has given me the opportunity for continuous improvement—from starting as a COBOL programmer to a music television marketing intern to international roles building a consulting business to now helping lead an alliance at the forefront of AI. My journey only works with an open mindset and by asking “why and why not?”

Deborah (Deb) Golden

Deb embraces the power of thinking differently to shatter the boundaries of conventional thinking. As Deloitte’s US chief innovation officer, she cultivates a future for clients, Deloitte professionals, and the marketplace by recognizing that innovation is more than just technological breakthroughs—it’s about fundamentally redefining a future where the boundaries of technology and human capability are redrawn. In Deb’s previous roles as Deloitte US Cyber & Strategic Risk leader and Deloitte US Cyber Strategic Growth Offering leader, she spearheaded accelerated year-over-year growth in the marketplace by recognizing early limitations of traditional capabilities, turning them into opportunities for advancement. Under her leadership, Deb’s contributions led to enhanced marketplace positioning while reshaping the cybersecurity industry at large, setting the stage for the next generation of digital defense.

Deb's career advice:

“Our differences are our ultimate strengths. Rethinking the definition of ‘normal’ invites us to celebrate the vast potential of human experience and capability, encouraging us to question and explore rather than simply conform. It is in this space—embracing our differences—that innovation flourishes, and where the seeds of change are nurtured and boundless possibilities await. Always dare to be different!”

Jessica Kosmowski

Jessica sees a bigger picture when it comes to transforming the enterprise. Jessica's career advice:

“The world is constantly changing. You should be constantly changing, too. Stay curious. Always be learning, and always remain open to new perspectives, solutions, ideas, and ways of working. Lean more on imagination and ‘what if’ thinking rather than stale dogma and unchallenged ideas that might have worked in the past.”
