The Smart Factory @ Wichita

Driving the evolution of smart

For manufacturers still relying on legacy systems and operations, merging existing technologies with new innovations can be challenging. Together, Deloitte and Wichita State University (WSU) are helping companies accelerate their digital transformations. Our immersive smart factory experiences demonstrate how manufacturers can embrace the next level of technological innovation.

Making the smart factory even smarter

Top manufacturers recognize smart factory technology is a leading driver of competitiveness and efficiency. But realizing the full value of smart factory investments requires a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and evolution. To stay smart, smart factories have to keep evolving along with new technology advances and other changes.

To help organizations envision—and continually reimagine—the future of manufacturing, we’re teaming up with key industry players to enhance our Smart Factory @ Wichita experience. Our new, 60,000-square-foot space will feature an end-to-end smart production line, space for smart ecosystem sponsors, and experiential labs. Slated to open next year, the facility will help companies explore what’s possible with smart factory applications and help them move closer to creating sustainable smart manufacturing investments.
