Do you have the ability to recommend for me, when I come in, products and services that meet my needs? Are you taking the time to understand what I’m looking for as a consumer?

You really have to create an environment or a workflow within the product that allows you to keep track of what’s going on. It notifies people when they’re up or when something’s completed, so there’s a follow-up step. You have the ability to clearly and articulate to your customer where they’re at in the overall stage, and also expose that information to a consumer portal.
