Dr. Manuela Veloso is the head of JPMorgan Chase AI Research and is an esteemed Herbert A. Simon University Professor at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Veloso is a recipient of the National Science Foundation CAREER Award and the Allen Newell Medal for Research Excellence, and she was named the 2012 Einstein Chair Professor of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
