Amanda Bowles

Amanda has more than 18 years of life sciences experience including more than 15 years specializing and consulting in pharmacovigilance and patient safety. She helps life sciences organizations transform their business by applying and delivering innovations in technology and processes to protect patient safety, manage risk and drive value.

She has in depth experience in patient safety, pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs, including extensive experience in PV operations strategy consulting, global business process design and harmonization, global safety operating models and PV industry benchmarking. In addition to a strong history of compliance and efficiency improvements across drug safety organizational and process strategies, she also has been the business lead on multiple, complex, global safety system implementations and process designs. Most recently she led the delivery and realization of cognitive automation of adverse event case processing at a top-10 pharma organization.

Amanda is currently the functional lead for Deloitte’s safety cognitive and analytics solutions (ConvergeHEALTH Safety) and strategy as well as the business process strategy lead.

Amanda holds BS and MS degrees in Biomedical Engineering.
