April leads Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Enterprise Technology offering, focusing on the Business of Technology and Enterprise Service Transformation using ServiceNow. She has more than 25 years (19 with Deloitte) of experience leading large-scale technology-enabled business transformations and working with IT and business teams to deliver value-added solutions to customers and employees. She has experience across technology strategy, ideation, and build and operations for customer, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, and finance.

She has served clients in a number of industries, including travel, hospitality & services, consumer products, retail, industrial products, energy, and engineering and construction. April has previously served as the client lead for a major transportation organization, the North Texas managing director of Consulting and the global leader of Delivery Excellence.
