Ben is a senior manager within Deloitte Consulting LLP, advising leaders on topics related to pricing and profitability management. He works with clients to deliver commercial transformations that ignite profitable growth and are enabled by advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making. In addition to his advisory work, Ben also has experience as an operator where he led commercial transformation efforts for a private equity-owned business. He regularly publishes POVs and research.
