Bill is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice leading Human Capital as a Service solutions that enable organizations to leverage data and the voice of the employee to optimize workforce performance. Bill has more than 30 years of experience in leading the delivery of enterprise software development, with a special focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, covering learning and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation, and recruiting. Bill has assisted dozens of global enterprises in leveraging Human Capital technologies to propel their workforce to new levels of performance.
Bill is also a recognized leader, speaker, and author in the areas of learning and talent management. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Masters Degree in Mathematics.
