Brian Lightle

Brian is a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) partner with 29 years of professional experience with Deloitte (over 23 years dedicated to M&A). Brian is also the M&A Transaction Services Marketplace leader in the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest and Deloitte’s Global M&A Climate and Sustainability Leader. From 2013 to 2016, Brian was on a global assignment in Deloitte's Tokyo office where he served global clients focused on cross-border M&A transactions with Japan.

Brian leads domestic and cross-border M&A transactions with many leading global private equity firms and large multi-national corporations primarily focusing on the technology industry.

Brian holds an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and master’s degree from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Brian is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant with licenses in Texas and California.
