Bob Chen

With over 11 years of professional experience, Bob Boyun Chen is a partner within Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services practice in Shanghai. He spent two years in Deloitte’s New York office as a manager where he gained extensive international exposures. Bob has advised more than 150 M&A transactions and financial advisory projects, engaged by private equity firms or Fortune 500 corporations, with an emphasis on cross-border deals of all sizes. Bob is part of the national life science and health care M&A team and has conducted numerous financial due diligence in that sector for our multinational and local clients.

Bob is a licensed member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (CIA), and a member of Chartered Management Accountants (CMA). Bob received dual bachelor degrees from Shanghai Jiaotong University, including a business degree in international business, and an engineering degree in computer science.
