Brian currently is the US audit & assurance blockchain & digital assets leader and also serves as the group partner in charge of the Bay Area Audit & Assurance practice. He leads strategic initiatives related to the marketplace, resources and eminence building. Brian has more than 25 years of experience serving large complex global organizations as well as emerging financial institutions including clients in digital assets, securities, banking, FinTech, investment and asset management and specialty finance. He understands the issues facing these organizations and has been instrumental in bringing value added ideas, the right resources, and his own considerable technical expertise in assisting these clients. He has broad experience related to multiple regulatory environments and how they impact his clients, with deep experience in Securities and Exchange Commission, Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 and other accounting and reporting requirements.
