Bryant Huber

Bryant is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He serves as Deloitte’s US Private Equity Leader where he focuses on delivering the full suite of Deloitte’s services and offerings to Private Equity firms and controlled portfolio companies.

Bryant has more than 25 years of experience with Deloitte, with a specialty in advising on complex transactions for Private Equity clients. He leads both multi-national and cross-industry teams, supporting engagements across the end-to-end M&A lifecycle. His experience in creating value for clients spans transaction structuring and financial modeling, accounting and financial due diligence, purchase and financing agreement advisory, transaction close coordination, and development of exit plans for portfolio companies.

Bryant is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is based in Deloitte’s New York office. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Columbia Business School.
