Chetan is Deloitte Consulting's US HR Transformation Offering Leader, where he leads 2,200+ professionals who help clients solve their most complex issues. He is responsible for the strategy, operations, talent and delivery of consulting services, including Strategy, Operating Model & Service Delivery, Payroll & Workforce Management advisory and technology package (Oracle, Workday, SAP/SF, Infor, UKG, ServiceNow & emerging technologies) implementation.

He has more than 26 years of experience helping global Fortune 500 companies with their HR and workforce transformation enabled by technology and advisory solutions. He is a thought leader who is recognized for continuous innovation and community leadership and is passionate about attracting and developing talent. He most recently served as the US and Global Oracle HRT Leader, as well as the leader for Human Capital’s AI Strategic Growth Offering. Chetan lives in Denver, CO and enjoys the outdoors, hiking, biking and spending time with his family.
