David Rizzo

Dave is the National Managing Principal of Talent Strategy and Operations for Deloitte. In this role, he leads a world-class team to help provide the capabilities our businesses need to thrive in a rapidly changing world, create a winning experience for our more than 160,000 professionals, and align them with our values and societal commitments.

Dave has been with Deloitte for more than 20 years as a human capital leader serving clients in multiple industries. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Talent & Responsibility Officer for Deloitte Consulting LLP. He continues to serve clients in the Energy, Resources, and Industrials industry.

He leads Deloitte’s future of work shared agenda, is a member of the G100 Talent Consortium, and is on the Executive Council for Leading on Opportunity, which brings together public and private sector leaders to create transformational change in economic mobility outcomes in Charlotte-Mecklenburg.

As a thought leader on topics like designing future of work, and creating a more diverse, skills-focused workforce, Dave has co-authored research on these topics for Deloitte and with organizations like the National Association of Manufacturers and the Aerospace Industries Association.

Dave holds a B.S. in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College and an M.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
