Deron Weston

Deron is the leader of Deloitte Consulting’s US Financial Services (“FSI”) industry, responsible for leading the firm’s overall FSI markets strategy and bringing the firm’s practice areas together to serve Deloitte’s portfolio of FSI clients. Since joining Deloitte more than 20 years ago, he has advised numerous domestic and international banking clients on strategic issues such as channel strategies, operating model design, M&A operational integration, loan origination and servicing system implementations, credit underwriting process design, regulatory/compliance remediation and organizational design. He also served as a Deloitte vice chair and the leader of Deloitte’s US Banking and Capital Markets practice prior to taking on his current US Consulting FSI industry leader role.
