Doug is Deloitte’s National Managing Director of Corporate Citizenship. Doug leads the team that seeks to engage the collective power of Deloitte’s people and networks to address systemic societal issues in our communities, impact lives, and shape a more sustainable, equitable future. Focus areas for social and community impact include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Sustainability and Climate Change, and Education and Workforce Development.
Doug has over 20 years of professional service leadership experience, serving as a strategy consulting partner, Chief Talent Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer at Monitor Group before joining Deloitte in 2013.
Doug was born in Trinidad and raised in the UK and Canada. He has lived and worked in multiple locations across Europe and North America, and currently resides in the Boston area. Doug holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an MBA from INSEAD.
