Elizebeth is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and co-leads the Cloud Enabled Workforce practice, as well as the People in Space team. Elizebeth has more than 25 years of experience partnering with boards and C-suite leaders and managing significant P&Ls to achieve powerful business outcomes. She focuses on the enablement of technology and strategy through organization and talent initiatives by optimizing operating models, sourcing, skills, and resilience.
Elizebeth is on the board of Columbia Business School’s Women’s Circle and co-chairs the Innovation and Entrepreneurship committee and also is an advisor to the SETI Institute. She holds MBAs from both Columbia Business and London Business Schools, a master’s degree in management from TISS, and an undergraduate degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
