Eric Bristow

Eric is a Managing Director with Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice and serves as the GPS Operate standardization leader. He brings more than 20 years of experience enabling government agency clients use technology to drive mission results, thus reducing maintenance and operational costs.

Eric’s practice efforts are a confluence of his in-depth industry knowledge and experience. His endeavors are directed towards helping organizations unlock their potential to improvise operational processes, streamline enterprise service fulfillment supported by implementation of new technologies, and drive the adoption of concepts pertaining to Agile and DevSecOps to improve operational performance and in-turn reduce time-to-market.

Beyond the purview of client-oriented endeavors, Eric channelizes his potential to drive the development, refinement and implementation of delivery standards across Deloitte’s Government business. In this role, he works closely with all client sectors to identify best practices, and with Deloitte’s Delivery Excellence organization to bring the appropriate Operate methods and tools to our Government clients.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. He lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, two sons, two dogs, a turtle and fishes.
