Eric Lesser

Eric is a Specialist Leader in the Human Capital Consulting practice, focusing on People Analytics. He has worked with clients across numerous industries, led research at a globally recognized thought leadership organization, and served as an internal workforce strategist for a Big 4 professional services firm. Eric’s areas of expertise include: workforce strategy and analytics, research and thought leadership, organization transformation , talent management, employee experience, continuous listening, collaboration, changing workforce demographics and the future of work.

He has co-authored Calculating Success: How the New Workforce Analytics Will Revitalize Your Organization published by Harvard Business School Press (2012), and co-edited three additional books on collaboration and knowledge management. In addition to over 20 white papers, Eric has written numerous articles for publications such as the MIT Sloan Management Review, The Academy of Management Executive, Workforce Solutions Review, and the Journal of Business Strategy.
