Erik Ekstrom

Erik is a senior audit partner in the Orange County office and leads the technology audit practice. He has served clients in various segments of the TMT industry including software, SaaS, hardware, semiconductor, internet media and entertainment companies. He has worked with companies ranging from start-ups to complex multinational companies, both private and publicly held. Erik is well versed in complex technical matters in the TMT industry including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, valuations, mergers and acquisitions and equity offerings. He has assisted numerous companies with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
