Wyndham (Wyn) Smith

Wyn is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Dallas office. He has more than 25 years of public accounting and transaction experience in the areas of initial public offerings, secondary stock and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and spin-off transactions.

Throughout his career, Wyn has served some of Deloitte’s largest public and private real estate clients. A recognized real estate industry specialist, he has written articles for real estate trade publications on the effect of new technical accounting standards in the financial services industry.

Wyn graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a double major in accounting and real estate and urban land development and he holds a Texas CPA license.
