Heidi is a managing director and serves as the US Real Estate Services leader as well as leading Deloitte University expansion. Her broad charge within these two roles is to lead and influence cultural change at Deloitte, build high-performing talent networks, and prepare the next generation of distinctively Deloitte leaders. Her joint roles will enable the intersection of that next generation workforce focus with the development and execution of our Real Estate strategy.
Heidi is a workplace innovator, bringing an intrapreneurial startup mentality to shaping the talent agenda and leading change. In her more than twenty year career with Deloitte, she has run the full talent lifecycle, from intern to client service to managing director, and worked in multiple functions and disciplines. This varied experience helps Heidi appreciate specific business requirements while working across organizational borders.
Heidi’s career is a story of firsts, from incubating new offerings to designing new platforms. She has helped address talent migration and cultural integration challenges and led early implementation of a new performance management system that uses real-time data and continuous engagement to improve performance. She is currently co-leading the organization-wide rollout of that innovative approach.
Heidi balances the drive to innovate and set the pace of change with multidisciplinary business experience that makes her an effective influencer as well as an acute judge of how to mitigate risk and ease implementation. Her pragmatic, iterative approach to corporate development will be critical as Heidi leads the next phase of Deloitte University’s evolution, and helps the organization continue to successfully expand the use of an evolving workplace strategy.

Heidi lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys spending time together with them in sports, performing arts, and travel.
