Isa is a partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Audit & Assurance Practice and the National Governance, Risk, & Controls market offering co-leader for Audit & Assurance's Accounting & Reporting Advisory business. He leads audits and various mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, and financial reporting transformation engagements for Deloitte’s largest and complex clients. Isa is a trusted advisor to executive management and boards of directors, helping them to address complex financial reporting issues and develop business strategies to successfully support complex finance initiatives in today's highly regulated business environment.

Isa has 25 years of experience in both public accounting and consulting and between 2004-2006, served on the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission. While at Deloitte and early in his career, he was a member of the US Naval Reserve, Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
